Through purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following terms of service.

I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.

My services are non-refundable. Once my work is started, you can no longer issue a charge back.

If I believe I am unable to finish the commission, I will issue a full refund.

If you break my terms of services, such as issuing a charge back, I have the right to use my work as I please. You will not own any of the rights to my work in such a case.

I will be paid upfront at least half of the initial costs for my work. Then, I will send a sketch, then after being paid in full, I will start the rest of my work.

Everything must be discussed during the sketch phase of my work. If alterations or any other changes are requested after, I will issue additional charges before sending the final piece.

I accept payment through PayPal or Ko-Fi.

Personal and commercial use of my work you have commissioned is allowed. There is no commercial fee for my work.

You may request progress of my work at any point.

I cannot be rushed on my work.

All of my work must be credited.

My art may not be used for AI or NFTs.
